New Emulator EIII ReFill from Bitley™
E-MU Emulator EIII
Those of you who already own Bitley™’s Fairlight XXL or II+ ReFill will have already experienced these brilliant sounds from Patrick’s own Emulator EIII but now, they are available as a separate item for the first time. Priced at a very modest $25, you can now get to grips with some classic sounds from E-MU’s 3rd gen sampler. Preceded by the EI & EII, as well as the Emax 1 & Emax 2, the EIII brought longer sampling times, higher bit rates and resolutions and a (slightly) smaller physical footprint!
The ReFill is 85 Mb of wavesamples consisting of 353 waveforms, 63 NNXT patches & 43 Combinator patches. As well as EIII sounds, it also contains Emulator II sounds as well as patches from a number of classic synths like the Yamaha DX7, Oberheim Matrix 12, Prophet 5, Prophet VS, Korg Wavestation and E-mu Proteus/3. So this ReFill certainly does pack a punch at a very lightweight price 
Patrick has also announced price drops on his other products with the Fairlight XXL ReFill (which recently won a 4/5 Star review in Sound on Sound magazine)now at $125 and the Fairlight II+ and the Fairlight Kontakt project weighing in at $85 each.
