Cheeky Advert!
As mentioned in my previous post, my ageing PC is in need of a modern replacement, so to assist in funding this, I’m having a bit of a clear out.
Now, this might, in time, and depending on how much money I can raise elsewhere, include some musical hardware. Last week, I retired the Akai S6000 and Akai Z8 and put them into storage. They just don’t get used any more and they might well fund a decent PC that WILL get used for music making.
But don’t contact me about them now as they’re currently not going anywhere. Right now, I’m selling a very rare Sega Multi Mega console and 10 games to go with it. These are as rare as the proverbial rocking horse shit and I’m hoping it will go some way to funding a large part of the new PC.
I’m also selling an old, but fully functioning Toshiba laptop. The only drawback is that it has no hard drive, therefore it is sold as spares or repair. Apart from that (which can be easily rectified for a few quid) it works fine. It’s an Intel Celeron 2.0GHz with 256MB RAM and a 15″ screen and DVD drive. If you don’t want to install a hard drive, it will work by booting from a USB stick or CD/DVD.
So, if you’re into retro gaming or fixing cheap laptops, take a look and make a bid! You know it’s for a good cause!! 😉
