At the back end of 2019, shortly before the world would change as we knew it in 2020, I was asked by the team at Sound On Sound magazine if I’d be interested in creating a series of podcasts for their new podcast channel. This seemed like too good an opportunity to turn down and so, as if somehow forseeing a world where people would be trapped indoors, searching for entertainment, I embarked on a journey of meeting (virtually, of course) some stupendously interesting people and speaking with them at length about their work in the realm of electronic music.
