Emulation One from UVI – Out Now!
Those little French samplesmiths at UVI have clearly not been resting on their laurels since the release of Darklight IIx last month! Hot on the heels of that, comes a new, smaller and complementary library to their Emulation II library, which was based on the E-MU Emulator II sampler.
Emulation One is a smaller, leaner (0.79GB) and, maybe more importantly, cheaper ($99) library with over 200 patches of gritty, ethereal patches and once again, they’ve thrown in a Drumlator based device, Drumulation One, for all your retro beats. One can only assume this is a library based on the original E-MU Emulator, given the design cues used in the typically exquisite front panels.
