Some new, FREE sounds for the Alesis Fusion
Created by fellow Fusion user Mastropiero, here are some Casio CZ-1 samples created for the Alesis Fusion. There are some really nice sounds in there :o)

It’s made by sampling the best patches from my own Casio CZ-1 Synthesizer.

P.S. These samples are in Fusion’s proprietory format and therefore cannot be used in any other device except a Fusion. So, now you have no excuse but to go and buy one !! 😉
I collect keyboards and just added a fusion 8hd to the mix of a dx-7, a korg triton extreme, a korg tr-88, a roland xp-80, a yamaha a5000 sampler,a peavey dpm3se ,a roland xv5080 and srx2080,a hammond b3(original organ, a rhodes mk11 piano( 1972 model),a emu xboard 61, emu e111 sampler, a mofatt sound module by emu ,pk6 emu classic key and a kirkwell k2000s 61note sampler edition. My question is , do you know of any software that would read and convert yamaha factory cd rom sets to fusion- i have 22 factory yamaha cds for the a 5000 sampler that i havent been able to convert . The fusion converter pro doesnt even convert them. I am planning to buy the fusion converter pro because I understan it converts giga studio files which I also have a bunch. The only software i found to convert giga studio was the emu translater with my proteous software (wich i have the full collection of 25 cd rom) If i could convert them i wouldnt object to sharing them to the fusion com. I also plann to do a lot of sampling on the fusion when i read its bible and become familar with it more/ To bad it wont read yamaha sampler files because I have already sampled the hammond b3 and the rhodes and some of the kurzweil. files.on the a5000( the a5000 also reads roland and akai roms cds) Sorry for rambling on but any advice would be appreacited thanks and ROCK-ON
Sadly, the only converter to support the Fusion is the shoddy Fusion Converter from Chicken Systems (Free & Pro). So unfortunately there’s nothing that can be done outside that realm.
CDXtract and ESC, the two better conversion apps out there, don’t cater for the Yamaha sadly. So, unless Chicken Systems come up with a working solution (which is highly unlikely given their very poor reputation),

Imported into my Fusion as soon as I found them. having owned al the od CZ synths when they first came to market-except the 5000-these are very accurately done, true to the originals. And thanks for all your other work for the Fusion. i am jokeyman at that group and several others.
